PROCESS STUDIO

What you should know about the Blue Prism process?
It is because the user uses the blue prism automation approach. It can be easily implemented to invoke important operations in a series of Visual Business Objects (VBO). It seems quite similar to VBO in many cases, and this is because users can usually define it on several pages. However, this does not mean that both VBO and a process are similar to each other in all aspects.
Differences in VBO and a process
VBO allows users to simply call a page at any time without restrictions.
It is also possible to consider multiple operations for this and it is not always necessary to follow them in the sequence, since they are mentioned by default.
On the other hand, a process always starts from its main page and users can not change it in any situation. This is because there are many initial processes that integrate directly with the home page and can be achieved if the user pays close attention.
All pages must be defined in their predetermined order and, therefore, the implementation of a process is not independent of its operations.
Running a process in Process Studio
As already mentioned, the process always starts from your homepage. In addition, all the sections and modules related to it have their source of information mentioned only on the main page. However, the process itself for your information is not limited to the home page. Actually, there are many stages that users can implement and can be implemented as a subroutine. In all stages of a process, there are operations that are invoked in VBO.
Creating a process
Well, there is not much commercial analysis and the developers have to perform this task. The Studio process is very useful and reliable in this matter. However, there are certain things in which the user must pay clear attention. The processes are very similar to those of VBO and, in addition, Process Studio is similar in its operation to the Object Studio.
Any process that is there in the study is very similar to the common flowchart. This is exactly where users can understand and get an idea of the very useful information they need to derive. The best part is that flowcharts provide useful information at all levels. Leveling can be made very easy and users can create processes without facing many problems with the same approach.
Each page in the process defined by the Studio usually has its own tabs. Because of this, the analyst and the developer divide the entire process into some useful logical groups. All the logics can be defined graphically through Process Studio and users can keep up with this professional all the time. The assembly of stages in a different design platform may also be possible with the deployment of some third-party tools.
Running a process
As already mentioned, a process is a program that is represented in graphic form. It is possible to execute it simply in Process Studio. There is a bar in the studio that simply allows users to keep up with this. To execute a process in Process Studio, this is what users should do
 First, simply log in to Blue Prism and choose "File" and then click on the "Open" option
 This will open the Process in a new window
 There is an option "Sample process". Click on it and follow the instructions
 Go to Process Studio and you will see the "Go" button
 Press it and this will execute your process
 You can have the graphic display of all the information in front of you
 You can close the process simply from the option in the upper right corner
It must be borne in mind that a different process may take a different time to run in Process Studio depending on the general programming and the codes associated with them.
Integrated capabilities
There are many capabilities in the Studio process that users can follow and not worry about anything. One of the best things in the study of the process when it comes to its integrated capabilities is the debugging tool. The same can be easily implemented for the detailed step of everything related to a process. In addition to this, there are other built-in capabilities and some of them are:
 Configuration of the interruption point in the process
 Data examination
 Authorization of data elements
 Process planning
 Exit test
